Aperol Equation Cocktail Recipe

FIRST Hump Day of the FIRST week of school (annnd the first bad weather early dismissal, thanks Ida😏) is just BEGGING to be celebrated🍎🙌🏻

My inner nerd yearned to also head back to school to “create” - so off to the cocktail lab to mix up with this bright, smokey, smooth (and easy on the eyes, might I add😍) beauty. It also gave me an excuse to play and position our adorable little lunchbox note.

I’ve been experimenting with non-alcoholic spirits lately and really love @ritualzeroproof Tequila alternative. It’s smokey (think mezcal) and fools me into thinking it’s the real deal. Best when combined with a sassy lil citrus like lime and/or grapefruit👊🏻 This worked perfectly in this drink & is nice to lighten up the alcohol load…especially on a school night😉
